Hayley is simply the best medical professional I have ever met. She appears so young yet her wealth of knowledge is astounding. She has seen to every ailment I have had and always made me feel important - she even remembers things about me, like my family details and noticed when I had had my hair cut. I get the feeling that she truely cares about my wellbeing in every aspect and takes a holistic approach to diagnosis. No problem is ever too small, and she never makes you feel silly or embarrassed, an approach other doctors could learn from. I was considering moving medical practices because I have since moved from close to the surgery but I will not as I trust Dr Medlock so much. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me over the years. Highly recommended!
